Javid Ibrahim

Javid Ibrahim is the Managing Director of The Ideal Group. He started the business with Karen Pedley in 2002 and the business has grown rapidly and has gone form from strength to strength under his leadership. Javid takes a hands-on approach to ensure the company provides the best possible service and utilises the most advanced techniques and modern equipment available

Karen Pedley

Karen started The Ideal Group with Javid in 2002 and she plays a vital role in the management of the business and has been instrumental in its growth. Karen champions customer satisfaction throughout the business and is committed to delivering first class service. Karen is also in charge of Accounts department and oversees all aspects of finance and staff salaries.

Martin Weeks

Martin is our Business Development Manager. He runs the marketing department and is often on site with clients ensuring that the group deliveres the best possible service for emergency restoration or specialist cleaning requirements.

Mike Burrows

Mike Burrows is our newest member of the management team. Mike is responsible for developing new business relationships with the insurance industry and helping the company grow further. Mike has working within the restoration industry for 20 years and previously worked for two other national restoration companies. A BDMA Senior technician, Mike served on the very first BDMA executive committee and was responsible for Standards. Mike is experienced in sales, account management and operational management and is a welcome addition to the team.

Jackie Apps

Jackie runs the administration department for The Ideal Group, and is often the first point of contact for booking jobs. Jackie is also in charge of running and maintaining the companies ISO9001: 2008 qaulity standard procedures.

Suzanne Nightingale

Sue is working in our Credit Control department. She is also supporting administration team.

Sobek Stelmaczonek

Sobek is our Technical Manager. He ensures the smooth running of our website and IT systems and also manages and co-ordinates major temporary heat, fire, and flood restoration projects.

Craig Start

Craig is our major incident Project Manager. He manages many of our significant flood and fire restoration projects. His skills and knowledge are invaluable in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of difficult situations.

Stewart Bell

Stewart is our on site engineer - ensuring that all equipment is regularly maintained and ready for immediate dispatch when an incident requires it. He works with outside agencies in developing more efficient temporary heat solutions and is also responsible for installation of these systems on site.

Patrick Clark

Patrick is our on site mechanic, in addition to keeping our fleet of vehicles on the road he works with Stewart in developing equipment and overseeing site installations.

Brian Gore (Field based)

Brian is the team leader in charge of our carpet and upholstery cleaning services. He ensures that we provide the best quality service to our customers by using the most advanced techniques, machinery and equipment. With many years experience and extensive knowledge, Brian is always able to achieve great results in carpet and other fabric cleaning requirements.

Aaron Edwards (Field based)

Aaron is fully trained to deal with fire and flood restoration project work and is trained to use all the necessary equipment including the unique Ideal Air system. Aarron is also qualified to deal with a variety of trauma incidents.

Emma Tomkinson (Field based)

Emma has been with the Ideal Group since the business started in 2002. She is a team leader and oversees contracts, commercial builders, and hygiene cleaning. Emma is very experienced in dealing with contract cleaning requirements and also assists with flood and fire restoration projects when required.

Dean Owens (Field based)

Dean has been with The Ideal Group for many years, Dean is experienced in stone cleaning but also as a team leader, and overseas many restoration and commercial cleaning projects.

Scott Fisher (Field based)

Scott works predominently with Dean and is growing in his experience in stone restoration and brick cleaning, as well as complimenting our teams who work on fire and flood restoration projects.

Balazs Lengley (Field based)

Balazs, originally from Hungary, has a wealth of experienced in our commercial cleaning services and is also fully trained in trauma cleaning and stone restoration.

Christian Tou (Field based)

Christian is a team leader and works mainly on major restoration projects and commercial cleaning services. Christian is very experienced in our range of commercial cleaning services and trauma scene cleaning, but is also often seen assisting in major fire and flood clean up projects.

Tony Gore (Field based)

Tony specialises in fire and flood restoration projects and is called upon for experience in reducing secondary damage in fire and flood incidents.
