School reopening in Kent after fire damage

A School in Kent is reopening after fire damage restoration teams have restored the school. Teachers and students at a New Romney primary are confident about the reopening after only a week since the blaze broke out at the school. They have stocked up on washing up liquid and plenty of tea and it will be business as usual by Monday.. Kent Fire and Rescue says the cause of extensive fire damage, at St Nicholas in Fairfield Road, is unknown but is not being treated as suspicious.

Britain’s rely on their Cold Weather Payments as the below-freezing temperatures experienced this winter refuse to budge.

The Government has introduced Cold Weather Payments to help eligible residents towards extra heating costs during very cold weather.

The payment scheme is bound to ease the concern of many British residents for whom cold conditions bring about added worry and hassle.
