Britain’s fifth day of Snow

Snow continues to fall across the UK on Tuesday night as the UK battled with icy conditions causing severe weather warnings and disruption to airports and traffic networks for a fifth successive day.
Warmer weather is on the way, say forecasters, as they predict temperatures could rise by as much as 10C by the weekend making the ice melt and some flood damage may occur.

Neighbours and security staff of the Marquis Motorhomes business, one the UK’s largest motorhome firms, alerted emergency crews to the blaze around 5am on December 18.

Paddington station disruptions after fire

Rail passengers travelling from Bath Spa Station to London Paddington station faced disruption to their journeys this morning. A fire started in an equipment room just outside Paddington station and closed two of the four lines into London incase of any fire damage.
