Ken and Sheila Davies home was devastated by a fire that started in their conservatory that also lead to the ground floor needing total re-instatement. The smoke damage also affected the whole of the first floor, including clothing and furnishings. The whole of the kitchen also was in need of total replacement. Their home in Orpington, Kent had to be completely re-built on the lower level after the fire in November, 2011 and the ground floor completely renovated by the Ideal Group.
