The Ideal Group working with a commercial shop fitting group near London met their tight timescale.

With the opening of a major commercial retail shopping premises, The Ideal Group understood the meaning of a deadline, and recently assisted with a full building and sparkle clean to one of their flagship stores near London.

The Ideal Group is well versed in delivering within a tight timescale, and this proved no different to many we have been challenged with during nearly 12 years in business.

THE CHALLENGE

We were initially scheduled to carry out the work over a period of three days, with a handover to the client planned for the next Monday morning. However on arrival the Friday before, we discovered that other contractors were still working on site, and due to unforeseen delays they needed to continue their work throuought that day and through that night. Since these contractors were still occupying and carrying out shop fitting work throughout the store it caused us a problem. Consequently we had to think on our feet, quickly re-schedule, and carry out our work around them, which was no easy task!

THE SOLUTION

Not defeated – The Ideal Group started the cleaning work but quickly realised that due to delays by other contractors it was going to need a dedicated team who would work through the day and the night to fulfil the handover timing. Even The Ideal Group Managing Director Javid Ibrahim helped out, and worked tirelessly alongside his team members to ensure that a site handover time could still be acheived on the Monday morning.
